At Lorri X Lorrissia, we take pride in the quality and care of our botanical skincare products. Because our items are personal-use products, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Please review all product descriptions, ingredient lists, and policies carefully before completing your purchase.

Exchanges are only available if your order arrives damaged during shipping or transit. To qualify for an exchange, you must notify us within 48 hours of the delivery date. Notifications should include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of both the damaged product and its packaging.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for the exchange process. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible. After verification, a replacement item will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

If you do not contact us within 48 hours of delivery, or if the product has been opened or used, we cannot honor an exchange. Lorri X Lorrissia reserves the right to deny any claims that do not meet these requirements.
