SHIPPING
At Lorri X Lorrissia, we strive to ensure your botanical skincare products arrive safely and promptly. To maintain the quality and integrity of our products, all orders are packaged carefully and delivered via express shipping. This helps ensure that your items reach you in perfect condition.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $60 or more. For orders under $60, a shipping fee will be calculated and added at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package every step of the way. Please allow 2–5 business days for order preparation before shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location but are typically expedited due to our express shipping methods.
Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. Any damages during transit must be reported within 48 hours to qualify for an exchange (see our Refund & Exchange Policy for details).

DELIVERY
For customers in North Charleston, SC, and surrounding areas, Lorri X Lorrissia offers a convenient local delivery service. To ensure timely and safe delivery of our botanical skincare products, this service is available only to locations within 25 miles of North Charleston, SC.
Local delivery is priced at $5 per order. For addresses outside of the 20-mile radius, delivery fees will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly to discuss options for locations beyond this range.
Customers requesting local delivery will be accommodated within a 3-day delivery window from the date the order is placed. We will touch base with you to confirm available time slots and schedule a delivery that works for both parties. Lorri X Lorrissia is not responsible for missed deliveries if the recipient is unavailable at the confirmed time.
All local deliveries follow the same quality standards as shipped orders, ensuring products arrive in excellent condition. By choosing local delivery, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.
PICKUP
For customers who prefer to collect their orders in person, Lorri X Lorrissia offers a convenient pickup option. All pickups take place in North Charleston, SC. The exact pickup address will be disclosed after your order has been submitted and confirmed.
The pickup window is 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and all pickups must occur within this timeframe. Customers must arrive prepared to present their invoice or receipt (printed or digital) at the time of pickup to verify the order.
Orders will be packaged with the same care and attention as shipped or delivered products to ensure quality. Lorri X Lorrissia is not responsible for items left uncollected beyond the agreed-upon pickup date.
